Don't take our word for it.
Do not recommend for exterior paint. Communication within the company was lacking. We had to work really hard just to make sure our contract had the verbiage we agreed on. The paint job was a little sloppy with paint on areas that should not have been painted. Many areas had to be redone when I went around and noticed they didn’t even scrape off old pealing paint. After completing the project the yard was left a complete mess with paint chips everywhere and paint drops on pavers/concrete. Landscape rocks got painted and had paint washed out on. There was even sunflower seeds spit in the yard. Even after a second cleaning the paint chips are not cleaned up and the guy said “they will go away in time”. Many touch ups or fixes I asked for just made a new problem. Their pressure washer was set too high and messed up some pavers and concrete too. It came to a point where I just decided to pay them the rest of what was due in order to be done with the hassle. The production manager tried to make things right but it was just too much to handle. One thing that really got to me was how it was mentioned that the problems we had were a learning experience. I didn’t pay to be paint guinea pigs. It made me feel like they were amateur painters but they assured me that they are well experienced. Unfortunately the workmanship and service we received did not reflect that.
Az roof coat repaired my tile roof and put a new underlayment on. They did an amazing job. They were super professional, and they gave me a great deal.
